Centurian/MTA Investigation

The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) concluded its investigation of Centurian Corporation and MTA, LLC on October 2, 2013. The case focused on sewage disposal service for the Fox Chase Farms subdivision in Porter County.
