CDBG Policy Notice 24-001: CDBG Build America Buy America OCRA Policy
Proposed policy was published for public comments on April 11, 2024. Public comments will be collected via an online form. The public comment period is open for 30 days from the publishing of the proposed policy. At the end of the public comment period, OCRA will review the feedback, make revisions if needed, and then, with the approval of the executive staff, post the policy. Once posted under active policies, they are to be considered final and effective on their respective effective dated noted in the draft.

The public comment period is open for 30 days from the publishing of the proposed policy. At the end of the public comment period, OCRA will review the feedback, make revisions if needed, and then, with the approval of the executive staff, post them. Once posted, they are to be considered final and effective on their respective effective dated noted in the drafts.
