Notice of Violation #N80725-S-00118 is affirmed and consolidated with Notice of Final Order of the Director issued October 2, 1989 in regard to Administrative Causes Nos. 88-083R, -113R, -114R and -115R.
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. On August 11, 1988, Jaeco, Inc. (the "Claimant") filed a request for administrative review of Notice of Violation (NOV) #N80725-S-00118.
2. At the prehearing conference the parties requested that this case be continued until the Director signs a Final Order on Administrative Causes 88-083R, -113R, -114R and -115R because, in each instance, the issues are the same.
3. On October 2, 1989, the Director issued a Final Order on Administrative Causes 88-083R, -113R, -114R and -115R which denied the Claimant relief and affirmed all NOV.
4. Subsequently, the Claimant asked that this cause be consolidated into the Director's Final order of October 2, 1989; and that the Proposed Findings of Fact presented by the administrative law judge on August 22, 1989, be declared determinative of this cause.
5. The Claimant prays that the above be done to facilitate judicial review of all causes.
