Need a spot to meet, study, or host a small group? At North Manchester Public Library, our flexible meeting rooms are your go‑to space - reserve a private conference room, drop into our cozy study room, and connect with others in a welcoming, community‑centered setting.
Conference Room

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:30am-7:30pm
Friday-Saturday 9:30am-4:30pm
Maximum Capacity: 12 people
Age Limit: 16 and up
The Conference Room is a comfortable meeting space, with a large table, soft chairs, a wipe-off white board, access to library WIFI, and a small sink area. In order to use the room, patrons must book the space at the front check out desk. The room may be reserved in advance, with a maximum of three future bookings per patron, up to 12 months ahead.
Patrons can reserve the room for any duration within its open hours. Food is permitted. Beverages must be in containers with lids, and patrons are responsible for removing any food waste. Individuals are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of this room and are liable for any damages caused.
Study Room
Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:30am-7:30pm
Friday-Saturday 9:30am-4:30pm
Maximum Capacity: 4 people
Age Limit: None, but no children under the age of 13 may use the room unless accompanied by an adult.
The Study Room is available on a first-come, first-served basis to anyone who wishes to use the space. In order to use the room, patrons must book the space at the front check out desk. The Study Room may not be booked in advance, outside of same day reservations.
Reservations are limited to a maximum of three hours at a time. Patrons may extend their reservation after their initial reservation by renewing at the front desk.
Food is permitted. Beverages must be in containers with lids, and patrons are responsible for removing any food waste. Individuals are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of this room and are liable for any damages caused.
