State Agency Performance
These key performance indicators, or KPIs, are established between the agency, the Office of the Governor and MPH. KPIs are developed around a particular agency's mission and vision, as well as how the key metrics tie into Governor Holcomb’s pillars. These KPIs showcase the Governor's fifth pillar, driving agencies to provide great government service at a great value to taxpayers. The purpose is to measure government's efforts and evaluate outcome-based performance, ensuring that Indiana State Government provides the level of service that Hoosiers expect and deserve.
