Center for Disease Control's ATLAS Plus Tool
“The NCHHSTP AtlasPlus is a tool that gives the user the ability to create tables, maps, and charts using more than 15 years of HIV, viral hepatitis, STD, and TB surveillance data that are reported to CDC. Users can also download the data to do additional analyses. The AtlasPlus has Charts, Maps, and Tables functions. Using any of these functions, you can view diseases by year, geography, and demographics.”
