Mentors
· When each class of fellows began classes efforts were made to connect them with librarians practicing in the types of libraries they were interested in working in upon completion of their degrees.
· The mentors and fellows began communicating in person, by phone, email, postal mail, and by social media.
· Mentors have also attended fellowship orientations, annual forums, Indiana Library Federation conference presentations, and Library Career Expo presentations as a means of supporting the I-LLID fellows.
· The following librarians agreed to serve as mentors and/or resource people to the I-LLID fellows.
