Lyrasis: Advancing Libraries Together

By Kate Nevins, CEO, Lyrasis

As many of you know, OCLC has announced it is changing how it provides support services through the regional networks. Effective July 1, 2009, support for OCLC products and services will be provided by OCLC Customer Support.

Be assured your needs are our number one priority. As always, we are here to assist you with all questions or concerns related to Lyrasis products and services including this new development with OCLC.  Lyrasis will support you with OCLC product training, advice and billing, renewal and ordering assistance. We will continue to negotiate on your behalf for pricing on OCLC products as part of our group purchasing service.  You can rely on Lyrasis for the same high quality service we have always provided.

Thank you for your continued support of our Lyrasis community. You are why we are here -- you are Lyrasis.

From the message regarding the new OCLC support service:
