Court Alcohol and Drug Program

The mission of the Court Alcohol and Drug Program is to develop, train, certify, and support court-administered alcohol and drug programs operating under the provisions of IC 12-23-14 and the Rules for Court-Administered Alcohol & Drug Program promulgated by the Judicial Conference of Indiana.

Probation

The Judicial Center provides training and technical assistance to probation departments and oversees the certification requirements for probation officers on behalf of the Judicial Conference. The Judicial Center administers the application process, examination and orientation program for new probation officers.

Problem-Solving Courts

Problem-solving courts seek to promote outcomes that will benefit not only the offender, but the victim and society as well. Thus problem-solving courts were developed as an innovative response to deal with offenders' problems, including drug abuse, mental illness, and domestic violence.
