Orders on Administrative Rule 17 Petitions

In response to Coronavirus / COVID-19, emergency petitions for administrative orders under Administrative Rule 17 have been filed by trial courts, and the Supreme Court has issued orders in these matters. Due to the volume of petitions being filed, orders may not be issued the same day, but any relief granted by the Supreme Court on a petition will be effective as of the petition's filing date.

Extension of emergency orders for trial courts - On May 13, the Supreme Court issued an order extending the orders below to May 30, 2020 and some parts are extended through August 14 in a May 29 Supreme Court order. The Court previously issued similar orders on April 3 and April 24.
