By using this website you understand and agree that you will adhere to the following terms and conditions and that you are entering into a binding legal agreement with the Office of Judicial Administration (OJA) regarding your use of this website.

This Roll of Attorneys search tool (the "Roll of Attorneys Search Tool") is an online service provided by the Office of Judicial Administration (OJA) to deliver specific attorney information to the public. Pursuant to Ind. Admission and Discipline Rule 2(a), all attorneys are required to provide their correct name, county of residence, and contact information (including e-mail address) to the OJA. Each attorney is responsible for his/her information displayed on this web site.

Who May Use The Roll of Attorneys Search Tool?

Access to and use of this site and its contents are offered to the public, subject to the terms described herein. Any other access to or use of this site or its contents is prohibited.

Limited Right to Use

No user of the Roll of Attorneys Search Tool may (1) take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on the site's infrastructure; (2) use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site or any activity being conducted on the site; (3) attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or making up the site; (4) delete or alter any material posted by any other person or entity; or (5) frame or link to any of the materials or information available from the site.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Indianapolis, Indiana, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action by you with respect to the Roll of Attorneys Search Tool (and/or any information, products or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be barred. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought solely in Marion County, Indiana. You expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of said courts and consent to extra-territorial service of process. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with the applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Roll of Attorneys Search Tool is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence. Any delay or failure by the OJA to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. The titles and subtitles used in this Agreement are used for convenience only and are not to be considered in construing or interpreting this Agreement.
