Introducing Club JCA-10: Jasper Co. Airport's Summer Aviation Club

We're trying something new this summer at the Jasper County Airport: Club JCA-10! Students participating in Club JCA-10 will receive in-depth knowledge about aviation and flight concepts, such as aircraft parts, design, and maintenance, navigation and communication in aviation, and obtaining a pilot's license. Each week will bring new topics and hands-on experiences for club participants to engage in. This club is free and open to students entering grades 8-12.
Club JCA-10 will meet weekly on Thursday nights from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. Central time, starting June 19th and ending July 31st (no meeting on July 26th). A field trip to another airport is planned for July 31st and meeting times may vary on this day. A day for discovery flights in an airplane is in the works as well.

- July 31: Club Field Trip
