Subject Matter of Rule
This interim rulemaking temporarily supersedes and amends rules at 170 IAC 4-1-1, 170 IAC 4-1-16.6, 170 IAC 4-1-23, 170 IAC 5-1-1, and 170 IAC 5-1-16.6, and suspending 170 IAC 4-1-16.5 and 170 IAC 5-1-16.5; regarding disconnection moratoriums for electric utilities and natural gas utilities and regarding service restoration performance reporting for electric utilities. Because the interim rule will expire after 425 days, a regular rulemaking will follow.
