Required Update to Pipeline Safety Rules to Match Federal Regulations

Scope of Rule

The subject matter of this rulemaking (RM 15-04) is to update 170 IAC 5-3 to reflect recent changes to the required federal regulations establishing the minimum safety standards for the transportation of gas, hazardous liquids, carbon dioxide fluids, and related pipeline facilities.
