Next Steps

Effective July 1, 2013, Ind. Code 8-1-2.6-1.5(d) provides that the filing of an intrastate access tariff serves as the public notice of the filing of the tariff and that the Commission shall provide notice of the tariff filings through its website or other electronic means. As a result, the rule proposed in this rulemaking is no longer necessary, and the rulemaking was withdrawn on July 31, 2013.
