Her vehicle was found abandoned near Murphysboro, Illinois by Jackson County Sheriff’s Department on 08/27/1980. After Loretta Skinner Phillips’ family was contacted in Indianapolis, they made a missing persons report to the Indiana State Police. At the time of this report, there are no leads to follow.
