The 2000 Assessment of Indiana's Public Health Clinic Immunization Coverage Levels Report provides a summary of the results of assessments of immunization coverage levels of the 94 local health departments and 52 of the non-health department public providers found in Indiana. These data, collected in 2000, reflect immunization coverage levels of the cohort of children born in 1997 and who were seen by these public immunization providers by the time they were 24 to 35 months of age. The results included in this report show immunization coverage levels at the time these children were 24 months of age.
