The Ripley County Soil & Water Conservation District along with the Regional No-Till Committee holds an Annual No-Till Breakfast each year in March at the Hopewell Baptist Church in Holton, Indiana.  This event has been going on for 19 years and nearly 200 landowners, farmers, and partners come each year to hear the benefits of using a Conservation Tillage System, incorporating Cover Crops, and overall Soil Health on their land.  With vendor booths and a catered meal the attendees always leave positive feedback year after year.  The South Ripley High School FFA Chapter is an integral part of the event and put in numerous hours of volunteering each year at this event.  The No-Till breakfast is one of the largest one day events in Southeastern Indiana and we are proud to have this in our county.
