On March 10, IOT will make a change to VPN and AnyConnect to require the domain on all logins for VPN authentications.

For those of you who do not do so already, you will need to begin typing your username as follows:

AnyConnect:

For Legacy VPN:

You must use a backslash “ \ ” instead of a forward-slash “ / “ for your login to be successful.

Many of you already type your usernames in this way, so no additional action is required on your part.

For those of you who don’t please begin now so you will not have to do anything on March 10. Until then, logins without the domain will continue to work.
