Overview - How is our partnership developing?
Background:
PLA began using MuleSoft to develop it's first API around May 2023. Their first API provided the ability for citizens to look up a professional license in real time, which reduced an antiquated way of allowing the screen scraping of license records. Their first API went live in September 2023.
In 2024 PLA will continue to monitor and migrate APIs from outdated patterns to MuleSoft APIs.
At the end of 2024, we will be most proud of:
- Board of veterinarians API
- Excise ATC API (in dev stage)
- Stand up external secure sharing of APIs, API catalog
- Use Anypoint Monitoring
For CY2024 PLA will be focused on:
- RFP and vendor selection for LPI application.
- Integration requirements for this new application.
- Establish KPIs for MuleSoft.
- Expand API portfolio
- Create API related reports
