Users of are looking for information or services and want results as quickly as possible. As of late 2006, each one of the State's more than 75 agencies had their own website design, resulting in a confusing user experience. In January 2007, began its 18-month makeover, which includes a complete customer-focused redesign and the implementation of a website content management system. The result: the public can access state information and services more easily and faster than ever before and state communicators can update the website in a simple click and edit interface. In 2009 the program has successfully launched over 110 sites in the common look and feel.
