Alicia Frank

Meet Employer Advocate Alicia Frank. Alicia started at INPRS in November 2019 as a Member Advocate and now works to serve employers like you!

When employers call in, Alicia assists them with any issues or questions. Alicia is here for you, from missing member reports, to resolving errors on your files, to navigating through the ERM system. If you have a need, Alicia is ready to help.

"I am a person who loves to help people but also likes to investigate things to understand the reason "why;" that’s why I love being an Employer Advocate. I can help my employers understand the system, their funds, and help clear errors on their report. When something goes wrong outside the norm, I can also research and figure out why this happened, [and how to prevent it] which is cool! The reason why I like to investigate and figure out the reason is that I am constantly learning. [Learning new things] keeps me on my toes, but also makes the job interesting and different each day."

Pension Relief Reminder

Thank you to those of you who have submitted your Pension Relief files. If you haven't done so, you have until February 4, 2022, to enter and submit Pension Relief data using the pension relief upload web page accessed through ERM. If you do not supply complete information, you may be ineligible to receive a distribution (IC 5-10.3-11-4).

Instructions for the Pension Relief data submission process are available in the Pension Relief Information section on the Police and Firefighters page on the INPRS website here.
