The Indiana Department of Transportation will be hosting a Statewide Winter Seasonal Hiring Event on 9/30/2021 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. (local time) in multiple locatoins across the state. Winter seasonal employees earn $20/hour, $24/hour for Snow Plow Driver Only. Winter Seasonal employees must have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) at time of interview. Winter Seasonal CDL Drivers who work full-time may qualify for $250 sign-on and $500 retention bonuses. Though we are primarily recruiting winter seasonal positions, we also plan to recruit for our other job openings including Highway Technicians, Mechanics, and Engineers.
