This project is to rehabilitate the Historic Bridge on State Road 75 over Middle Fork Wildcat Creek south of Cutler in Carroll County. As proposed, the project involves rehabilitation of the existing structure for continued vehicular use. The project will remove and replace the existing asphalt roadway and arch fill down to the existing unreinforced concrete arch. Patching and waterproofing the arch, spandrel walls, and wing walls will be included and will preserve all architectural details of the bridge.
A public hearing was held March 31, 2026 to offer all interested persons an opportunity to comment on current preliminary design plans.

State Road 75 will be closed to traffic during construction. The official detour will utilize State Road 26, U.S. 421 and State Road 18. Access to properties within the construction area will be provided and coordinated with the contractor.
