The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) are planning to proceed with a turn lane project on East Fall Creek Parkway from 300 feet west of the intersection of East Fall Creek Parkway and Central Avenue to 400 feet north of the intersection of East Fall Creek Parkway and East 30th Street, Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana.
