This $24.7 million project will completely rebuild a four-mile stretch of I-469 from Marion Center Road to just Minnich Road. The project also includes the total removal of concrete pavement from the lanes and shoulders, followed by the placement of asphalt. Bridge rehabilitation and repair are also scheduled for the I-469 bridge over the Chicago, Fort Wayne and Eastern Railroad south; the I-469 bridge over Tillman Road; and the I-469 bridge over the Chicago, Fort Wayne and Eastern Railroad north. A bridge deck overlay is planned for the I-469 bridge over Houk Ditch.
