Chris Jeffers, State Director

Chris JeffersAs the Indiana PTAC State Director, Ms. Jeffers is committed to helping Indiana small businesses compete for and win government contracts.  Ms. Jeffers and her PTAC Team work throughout the state of Indiana offering free one-on-one counseling, resource assistance and training and providing networking opportunities.  Ms. Jeffers worked briefly with the Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC) as Network Program Manager and continues to work for the success of all Hoosier small businesses.  Before heading back to serve the state of Indiana, Ms. Jeffers was a stay-at-home mom for five, busy children.  Ms. Jeffers was with the Indiana Department of Transportation for over 10 years in various roles which included the head of the Project Management Section.  She managed approximately 30 projects worth more than $2 billion.  In that role she developed scopes of work, participated in consultant selection and negotiated contracts for federally funded projects.

Vicki Hollanders, Program Manager

Having been in the economic development arena for several years, Vicki Hollanders has a passion for making Indiana businesses successful. Vicki returned to the PTAC Program with experience in providing government contractors the education and tools necessary to maneuver the process of selling to federal, state and local government. Her career in economic development has also been in the areas of providing education and resources to budding entrepreneurs as well as established businesses, and administering the state’s incentive programs. As Program Manager for the PTAC Program, she will utilize her business and personal strengths of decision-making, relationship building, and business skills as well as providing leadership and coordination to the PTAC team.

Robert "Bob" Warner, Northeast PTAC Counselor (Fort Wayne)

Robert “Bob” Warner Mr. Robert “Bob” Warner comes to the Indiana PTAC after serving as international trade program manager for the Indiana State Department of Agriculture and as small business ombudsman for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. He also brings over 15 years’ experience in banking, risk management and private equity funding.  Bob has a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.

Diana Hunter, Northwest PTAC Counselor (Crown Point)

Diana HunterAs the Northwest PTAC Counselor, Diana covers 19 counties guiding small businesses through the government procurement process. She comes to PTAC with over 15 years of state and private industry procurement, workplace safety, and emergency management experience. Diana has a history in economic development with Purdue University providing education and resources to communities, hometown endeavors and small business development. As a PTAC Counselor, she will utilize her innate ability to strengthen communications, develop business collaborations, build relationships, establish new jobs within small businesses, increase brand recognition, and promote procurement opportunities for the Northwest Region. Diana has a master's degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Nate Lofton, Central PTAC Counselor (Indianapolis)

Nate Lofton has assisted over 1,000 small business owners with their company’s growth and development over the last 6.5 years. Prior to joining the PTAC, Nate served as the Business Development and Outreach Manager for the State of Indiana’s Division of Supplier Diversity, where he provided the tools and information companies need to do business with the State of Indiana, city of Indianapolis, federal government as well as in the private sector. He is also a member of the Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana and is a proud veteran of the United States Army. Nate received his bachelor’s degree in Music from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio; and his Master’s degree in Public Administration at Indiana State University.

Kevin Easton, South Central PTAC Counselor (Bloomington)

Kevin Easton joined the PTAC team in 2012.  Prior to joining the PTAC, Mr. Easton was employed by Dade Moeller & Associates as a Contract Specialist and as an auditor for the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). He has experience in administering all types of government contracts, handling both pre- and post-award issues, proposal writing, subcontract administration, and GSA contract administration. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master's degree in Management and Strategy.

Jim Haddan, Southwest PTAC Counselor (Evansville)

As the Southwest Indiana PTAC counselor, Jim covers 14 counties to guide small businesses through the process of bidding on solicitations for government contracts. Prior to joining PTAC, Jim was the Procurement and Compliance Manager at the Evansville Housing Authority for 10 years. His experience includes directing complex purchasing projects following federal, state and local statutes and recommending awards to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. He has worked in purchasing in the telecom industry and in marketing and sales for a not-for-profit, and has also served in municipal government as an executive director. Jim has a bachelor's degree. in Public Affairs from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana.
