File a Complaint
Please contact the Indiana Lobby Registration Commission for a copy of the form or if you have any questions regarding the process.
Pursuant to IC 2‐7‐7, the Commission will conduct an investigation of a complaint alleging a violation of IC 2‐7. However, such a complaint must be submitted in writing on the form approved by the Commission, and it must be signed by the individual submitting the complaint.
The information below is required on the Complaint Form to be considered properly filed:
- clearly identify the person who is the subject of the complaint;
- clearly state the nature of the complaint; and
- provide contact information for the individual submitting the complaint and the original signature.
