Finding an HCV provider
The map to the right provides website and contact information for LSA and PHA agencies in each county of the state.
An LSA (Local Subcontracting Agency) in general issues and services HCV vouchers throughout a whole county or a defined group of counties on behalf of IHCDA. The color coding on the map indicates counties which are covered by one LSA.
A PHA (Public Housing Authority) is an agency with the ability to issue HCV vouchers in a locality, generally a city or town.
You may click on the map or use the County list to select your county of interest to find name, phone number, and website information for the LSA and PHA agencies in that county.
