Online Tax Credit Compliance Training

IHCDA has currently integrated the Housing Credit 300: Compliance Basics for Indiana Properties provided by the Housing Credit College/Elizabeth Moreland Consulting, Inc. as the IHCDA On-Demand Tax Credit Owner Training. The incorporation eliminates owners and management companies to spend time on taking multiple trainings and provides up-to-date RHTC Federal and Indiana requirements.

An owner who has not been issued an 8609 from IHCDA within the past three (3) years must successfully complete this training. For more information about the responsibilities of the development owner, please refer to the RHTC Compliance Manual.

Note: This training has been reviewed and approved by IHCDA. However, registration and technical assistance are not available through IHCDA, nor does IHCDA receive any money from the registration fees.
