Solid Waste Permits
The Solid Waste Group supports state and local non-hazardous solid waste planning by providing data collection and data analysis services. To accomplish this, the group implements many of the reporting requirements created by Public Law 10-1990, as well as other Indiana laws and regulations geared towards solid waste planning, for example the composting facility reports.
