INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Destination Development Corporation board will convene on August 20, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. EST. The meeting will take place virtually. The public is invited to attend.
House Enrolled Act 1115 established the Indiana Destination Development Corporation (IDDC), absorbing the Indiana Office of Tourism Development (IOTD). The goal is to position Indiana as the best place to live and visit. IDDC operates as a quasi-government agency, governed by a seven-member board composed by the governor.
Governor Eric Holcomb appointed Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch to serve as his designee and chair of the IDDC board. The Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) designee and five members appointed by the governor make up the board. Governor Holcomb appointed Elaine Bedel as Secretary & CEO of IDDC on November 11, 2019.
