Viral Hepatitis LHD Assistance Program
The Viral Hepatitis Surveillance student investigator program focuses on disease surveillance, prevention, and services for people 18-49 living with hepatitis B and C in Indiana through assisting in case investigations. Local health departments can sign up for this assistance program through filling out the agreement form below and sending it back to IDOH.
