County Provider Reports

In 2018, legislation (IC 12-29-2-16) was created that required the Division of Mental Health and Addiction to annually create a report for the county fiscal body and the board of county commissioners of each county. Because the outcome data that was included in the reports were completed by providers and not by county, the reports have been created by providers.
