Richmond State Hospital’s administration wants to know if you are aware of any safety or security issues that could have a negative impact on our patients or you. You can notify the administration staff of your concerns by calling 765-935-9200 and leaving a message.
You may leave an anonymous message or leave your name and how you can be reached. If you choose to leave your name, address, and phone number, we will report to you our findings and action taken to address your issues.
