ECWMD Board of Directors’ monthly executive and regular public board meeting schedule for calendar year 2024:
The monthly Executive and Regular Public Board meeting will be held every 3rd Thursday of the month: 4:00 pm executive meeting and 5:00 pm public board meeting at the ECWMD’s large conference, located at 4444 Railroad Ave., East Chicago, In. The public may attend the Public Board Meeting in person or via Zoom (visit ECWMD’s website www.in.gov/ecwmd/ for Zoom link details).
The ECWMD 2024 Executive and Regular Public Monthly Meeting Dates are as follows:

March 21, 2024
April 18, 2024
May 16, 2024
June 20, 2024
July 18, 2024
August 15, 2024
September 19, 2024
October 17, 2024
November 21, 2024
December 19, 2024

Meetings will be held by Zoom videoconference for as long as public meetings are allowed to be held remotely. When and if in-person meetings of public agencies are authorized, meetings will be held in person. The District may, in its discretion, elect to continue to offer participation by Zoom videoconference to members of the public even after in-person meetings re-commence. Remote participation by board members will be in accordance with the District's Electronic Meetings Policy.
