How WorkOne Serves Veterans
Veterans of the military receive priority service and priority matching to new job postings on indianacareerconnect.com. WorkOne has Disabled Veterans’ Outreach Program Specialists (DVOPS) that provide one-on-one assistance with employments needs, including disabilities and barriers to employment.
WorkOne also has Local Veterans’ Employment Representatives (LVERs) who conduct outreach to employers and engage in advocacy efforts with hiring executives to increase employment opportunities for veterans, encourage the hiring of disabled veterans, and assist veterans to gain and retain employment.
