DWD Launching New Website: Top Jobs
In July 2025, The Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) will release Top Jobs, a cutting-edge job search platform designed to empower Hoosiers with the tools and insights needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving economy.
Top Jobs will replace INDemand Jobs, the state’s current workforce data platform, which has been instrumental since 2017 in identifying high-demand occupations across Indiana, based on factors such as demand, growth, and earnings.
“Top Jobs will empower Hoosiers with the knowledge and resources needed to navigate the job market and build successful careers within the state,” said Josh Richardson, DWD Commissioner. “We are thrilled to introduce this cutting-edge platform that helps job seekers make informed decisions and shape Indiana’s workforce for the future.”
This new platform introduces significant advancements, serving as a single source for data-driven, employer-based labor market information for the state and its agencies. Top Jobs will provide a more comprehensive analysis of wages, ensuring Hoosiers can make informed career decisions that maximize earning potential. It also enhances transparency and functionality, offering a streamlined, user-friendly experience. Additionally, new descriptive indicators will deliver insights into job transferability, career advancement opportunities, long-term stability, and the impact of technological innovation in various industries.
