The new Consultant Prequalification Manual  http://www.in.gov/dot/div/contract/pubs/CPQM.pdf and Consultant Prequalification Package http://www.in.gov/dot/div/contract/pubs/PQ_form.pdf can also be found on INDOT’s website under Doing Business with INDOT/Consultants.  The latest version for both is 8/10/05.  All Consultants and sub-consultants will need to be prequalified for the 10/31/05 Request for Proposal (RFP).  For selection consideration for this 10/31/05 RFP the deadline for submitting the Prequalification Package is September 19, 2005.   The Package should be submitted to:

A self-certified overhead audit will be allowed for this September deadline in lieu of a CPA Certified Audit.  To retain prequalification status for annual services of more than $250,000 annually, however, a full CPA Certified audit is required by December 31, 2005
