Below are templates for contracts for vended meals only. Sponsors are still responsible for ensuring proper competitive procurement procedures are followed when selecting a vendor for meals. Below are links pertaining to the registration process for a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) or Vended Meals Provider interested in registering with the Indiana Department of Education. Registered vendors will be placed on a list of vendor contacts available to schools interested in procuring a vendor to assist in operating the School Nutrition Programs. The registration period for School Year 2026-2027 has closed, and any registration requests received after the February 7, 2025 deadline will not be processed. Please direct all questions to SCN Procurement at SCNProcurement@doe.in.gov
