DOE Online Roles

DOE Online System Administrator:

(this is a technical role)

Request System Administrator Role

This role is a corporation role. A person with this role is responsible for approving accounts for their corporation and providing roles/permissions for others within DOE Online. Generally, the person with this role is the same person who is the STN Application Center administrator in their corporation or the person who is in charge of setting roles within the Learning Connection. Here is a complete listing of DOE Online System Administrators. Choice Diocese and Lutheran Schools of Indiana: This role is reserved for a single person at each Diocese/Lutheran Schools corporation. A person with this role can:

  • Approve accounts for other persons within your corporation
  • Reset passwords for anyone within the corporation
  • Remove accounts for users who are no longer with the corporation
  • Provide the roles (defined below) to existing accounts within the system

Corporation Finance Business Manager:

Corp Form9 Coordinator:

Corporation Administrator:

(this is for superintendents only)

Request Corporation Administrator Role

This role is a corporation role. A person with this role has Superintendent responsibilities. Generally, the person is the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or his/her designee. Diocese Schools and Lutheran Schools of Indiana: This is a person at the Diocese/Lutheran Schools central office. A person with this role can:

  • Enter contact information (name, address, phone, email, fax) for the single point of contact (CTC) for assessments
  • Corporation Legal Assurances
  • Complete Finance Purchasing Survey
  • Download Annual Performance Report (APR)
  • Complete the School Health Reporting for all schools

School Administrator:

Assessment Test Coordinator:

Request Assessment Test Coordinator Role

This role is a corporation role. A person with this role can:

  • Enter contact information (name, address, phone, email, fax) for the single point of contact (CTC) for assessments

Principals at Diocese Schools, Lutheran Schools of Indiana and other non-public, choice schools: You should request this role in addition to the role of School Administrator.
