We are nestled among 1,203 acres in beautiful Pokagon State Park, along the shores of pristine Lake James, one of Indiana's largest lakes. Captivate your guests with more than 10,000 square feet of event space, 126 guest rooms and 12 cabins, onsite catering, our Lakeview Restaurant and Courtyard Café, indoor pool area with hot tub and sauna, numerous park amenities, complete with hiking and biking trails, and two beaches! Lake James Ballroom

The Lake James Ballroom boasts 5,926 square feet, accommodating banquets up to 400 people! Stillwater Lounge complements the Ballroom, with 382 square feet and a private patio complete with firepits. Room capacity is up to 500 people based on seating arrangement. Integrated Sound/ Lighting System and Projector.

Crooked Lake Room

Crooked Lake delivers 1,114 square feet across the hall from our Courtyard! This fresh and inviting space provides privacy for corporate meetings, banquets, and special events. Room capacity is up to 100 people with theater seating. Offers a pull-down projector screen.

Jimmerson Lake Room

Jimmerson Lake provides 808 square feet, perfect for breakout space and meetings. Two large windows overlook Pokagon State Park and flood the room with natural light. Room capacity is up to 50 people based on seating arrangement. Can be split into 2 meeting room. Offers a pull-down projector screen.

Snow Lake Room

Snow Lake offers 1,273 square feet saturated by natural light! Ideal for corporate meetings, rehearsal dinners, and special events with multiple set and spacing options. Room capacity is up to 100 people based on seating arrangement. Can be split into 2 meeting rooms and offers a pull-down projector screen.

Wig Wam Room

Wig Wam offers 1,012 square feet of meeting space in the Historic Section! Charm and history collide to create a striking hospitality, banquet, or breakout room. Room capacity is up to 60 people based on seating arrangement. Close to indoor pool/hot tub/ sauna, and offers an exit door leading to the lawn and beachfront.

Director's Room

The Directors Room, with 358 square feet just outside of the Lakeview Restaurant, is in the Historic Section. The stunning arched windows overlook the park, giving you unbeatable views! Room capacity is up to 12 people using conference seating. The room is on the ground floor near guest restrooms.

Sun Deck

The Sun Deck delivers breathtaking views of Lake James and the park! Dazzle your group by hosting your ceremony, cocktail hour, or banquet in this unique setting! Room capacity is up to 250 people based on seating arrangement. Available to rent for a total of 4 hours, with the use of Lake James Ballroom. Staircase leads to lawn and beachfront.

Courtyard

The Courtyard is a private oasis sure to impress and inspire your guests! Host your small ceremony, cocktail hour, or intimate banquet in this gorgeous quad. Room capacity is up to 60 people based on seating arrangement. Available to rent for a total of 4 hours, with the use of a second event space in the Inn.
