Dining

The Garrison Restaurantís creed is "fresh is best". In keeping with that mindset, our culinary team is constantly analyzing every detail of our customerís dining experience. One that we have focused on is the seasoning in all of our dishes. We create an extensive herb garden during the summer. Also, our pastry chef with sixteen years of experience baking for "Dutch Oven" creates all of our desserts from scratch.

Sunday Brunch

Sunday 11:00 am - 2:30 pm

The Garrison Restaurant offers a fabulous brunch buffet in the Blue Heron Ballroom. Offering: a made-to-order omelet station, waffle station, carving stations, and an astonishing array of desserts.

Lunch

Monday through Saturday 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Our dining room features a luncheon buffet with homemade soups, salad bar and desserts. The soup and salad bar can also be ordered alone. We also offer sandwiches ala carte with tasty options such as hand-breaded tenderloin and our infamous Officerís Club.

Wednesday and Thursday Dinner

Serving appetizers, sandwiches and our soup and salad bar 4:00 Ė 7:30 pm

Weekend Buffet

Friday and Saturday 5:00 - 8:30 pm

Our weekend dinner buffet features Smoked Barbecue and Fried Catfish with hand-carved brisket, ribs, chicken wings, pulled pork, fried chicken, soup and salad bar, assorted desserts and so much more.
