Vendor registration

A grantee must be a vendor with the State of Indiana. This requires filling out these forms:

Bidder registration

A grantee must become a bidder to have a contract with the State of Indiana. Details can be found on the Indiana Department of Administration's website.

E-signing the contract

Once the contract is approved, the individual with signing authority will receive an email requesting a signature. This e-mail will provide a username to sign the contract. For help, view training video on contract signing at IDOA's website.
