A young Northern flicker peeks from a hole in a tree near Lora’s house.A cool early-fall night and the resulting morning mist rising from the Tippecanoe River allowed Michael to capture the mood at the Feast of the Hunters Moon in Lafayette. A subscriber for three years, he regularly uses OI to scout locations to shoot nature shots with his Canon Rebel T2i.



The late-August sun sets behind the Kelley Avenue Bridge over the Wabash River in Peru.Jason shot this fall morning sky from a tree stand with his Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge while bow hunting in Starke County. The two-year subscriber wrote,"It is always exciting to harvest a deer, but just sitting out in the woods and enjoying nature is just as exciting. I LOVE IT!"
