Over 6,000 of Indiana's 22,000 attorneys are exempt because they are retired/inactive, employed by the government, or members of the judiciary.

8,371 (or 55%) of attorneys were non-exempt and contributed time and/or money to pro bono legal needs services.

In 2019, attorneys contributed 286,625 hours at no charge and 180,910 hours at a reduced rate.

Attorneys also contributed $1,550,493 in monetary contributions.
