🏛️ Grant County Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals (PTABOA) – 2025 Meeting Notice
The Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals (PTABOA) is comprised of individuals aged 18 and older who possess expertise in property valuation.
📅 Meeting Dates: The Grant County PTABOA will convene for its first session of 2025 on December 2nd and 3rd, beginning at 9:00 a.m. each day.
📍 Location: Grant County Complex, 5th Floor – Assessor’s Office 401 S Adams Street, Marion, IN 46953
📝 Purpose: The Board will hear appeals regarding property tax assessments and address any other matters properly brought before it.
📌 Sign-Up Details:
- A sign-up sheet will be available starting at 8:30 a.m.
- Hearings will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Each hearing will last 20 minutes.
- Sign-ups will close at 12:00 p.m. on the same day.
🔔 Future Meetings: Following the completion of scheduled business, the Board will recess until December 2026. Any changes to this schedule will be posted on the Grant County Assessor’s website.
