Spring is right around the corner! Daffodils are popping up, and we will be mowing grass before you know it. The trees from the Memorial Tree Drive are here. We have been planting them between rain showers this week. If the weather cooperates, we will have them all planted in the next couple of weeks.
Another big story in Jasonville this year is all the new home construction. Currently, we have 4 duplexes and 3 homes under construction, with plans for 2 more duplexes and several homes to have ground broken this year. In speaking with the home builders, they intend to build several more homes in Jasonville beyond what is already planned. Let’s not forget about all the complete home renovations and remodeling going on right now. This is exciting!
I am confident that the new home construction and renovations, along with our city park improvements, are a giant step in generating growth in our city.
