Expired RRMC List

Effective Jan. 1, 2010, Indiana law will require the Department of Revenue to list online all retail merchants whose registered retail merchant certificates (RRMCs) have expired due to nonpayment of delinquent sales tax. An RRMC is the certification a retail business must have to operate lawfully in Indiana.

To be removed from this RRMC list, the retailer must pay its delinquent sales-tax debts. For more information, visit the Department’s Web site or read RRMC frequently asked questions.
