Q: I am unable to download the work permit?
A: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to download the PDF of the work permit. You must have Adobe installed to your computer to download any PDF. To obtain your free Adobe Acrobat Reader, please visit Get Acrobat Reader for free--Click Here

Q: I entered in the wrong date on the termination notice and the system will not let the school change the date after it has been entered.
A: On July 1, the online work permit system will allow students to hold multiple work permits. Until then, do not terminate the work permit. Instead, create a new work permit. By creating a new work permit, the system will automatically terminate the previous permit.

Q: The online work permit system seems to be very slow.
A: If you are using a dial up connection, this application will run very slow. If you receive an error message that says "your session has expired" please contact accessIndiana at 888.4IN.eGov to report the issue.
